Outstanding practical and emotional support from the moment of mum's diagnosis.
Our last few weeks with mum were made easier because of you what more could we ask?
We must also mention the crisis team, DN team, mum's care, GP surgery, Devon docs and OT. Thank you all.

My husband David, was treated with the utmost care and support. I cannot thank Dorah and Jane enough for their plan to help patient pass peacefully and without pain. Something he had worried about when finding his illness was terminal. The online out of hours support was also first class.

At no time did I feel rushed.
Questions were asked sensitively and full explanation given.
There are no improvements I can think of.
